Refund Policy

At Yi's cosplay, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review the following refund and return terms before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after they are placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once production has started or the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, most items are made-to-order or customized, therefore we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a quality issue or arrives damaged.

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping
  • The product has a significant manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer
  • Minor color differences caused by lighting, screens, or photography
  • Normal wear or damage caused by improper use
  • Customized or personalized items

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a return is approved for reasons not caused by Yi's cosplay, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Processing Time for Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
