All our work is created by "Yi's cosplay".

To begin your custom fursuit head project, please provide as many animal design references as possible.

Please maintain clear and timely communication between both parties.

If you have any allergies, please consult us before placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse any commission or service at our sole discretion.

If a client behaves unreasonably or is uncooperative, we may cancel the project and refund a portion of the payment at our discretion.

Payment

Once a commission is confirmed, the client must pay the initial payment within 3 business days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the commission may be transferred to another client.

A 60% deposit is required before production begins, covering material and labor costs.

The remaining 40% balance is due upon completion of the artwork. The artwork will only be shipped or delivered after the balance is paid. No exceptions will be accepted.

For certain commissioned projects (such as hands, bodysuits, or feet), full payment is required before production begins.

Currently, payment methods accepted are credit card or PayPal.

The client must be at least 18 years old. If the client is 16–17 years old, explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian is required, and all communication and payments must be made by the parent or guardian.

Changes in the Design

During the production process, if the client requests design modifications or adjustments, additional costs may be incurred depending on the changes.

If significant design changes are requested during critical production stages, we may cancel the project, and all payments already made will not be refunded.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before material procurement; once material procurement is completed, orders will not be eligible for cancellation or refunds.

If an order is cancelled before material procurement, we will uniformly refund 70% of the amount paid, without exception.

Measurements

We will provide detailed measurement diagrams to help clients accurately measure body dimensions for their projects.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the dimensions provided.

While we will check the dimensions for reasonableness, we are not liable for any size issues caused by client measurement errors or negligence.

Warranty

Our products come with a lifetime warranty.

If you discover any problems within 48 hours of receiving your package, please contact us immediately for feedback and confirmation. If the problem is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will provide free repair. After 48 hours, we will no longer provide free repair services.

If you encounter any problems during product use, please contact us immediately so we can arrange inspection and follow-up.

If the problem is caused by improper use or human error, the first repair will be free depending on the extent of the damage; subsequent repairs may incur material and labor costs.

Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A small amount of shedding is normal; simply brush it off or groom it gently.

As this product is handmade, minor imperfections may exist, such as slight wrinkles, stitching marks, or minor deformation. These are all normal. If you are very particular about these details, please purchase with caution.

During rapid shipping, the back of the head may experience slight deformation. This can usually be corrected by gently blowing on it or using a small object to adjust it from the inside.

To ensure secure packaging and safe transport, we have implemented rigorous reinforcement measures during packing. However, due to long-distance transport and temperature changes, the internal hot melt adhesive may soften or slightly melt, which is unavoidable during transportation.
