Made-to-order or handmade items: shipping will occur after the item is completed.

Because fursuits are oversized items, shipping costs may be higher than standard products.

The shipping cost shown at checkout is an estimate. If the actual shipping cost differs significantly due to size or dimensional weight, we may contact you before shipment to confirm any additional charges.

If a package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Incorrect Address & Re-shipping

  • Failure to receive or collect the package

If a package must be re-shipped due to customer error, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.

Fursuits, especially full suits or large heads, may require oversized packaging.

Shipping carriers may charge additional fees based on dimensional weight or package volume. If this occurs, we will contact you before shipment to confirm the updated shipping cost.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
